The course consists of lectures, workshops, and independent group work. The lectures and workshops will take place in 2 weekends (Saturday + Sunday). You are required to work in groups outside the scheduled lecture days and meet the course instructor. Lectures will provide you with the concepts and tools to understand the service ecosystem and identify innovation opportunities. Workshops will allow you to engage with different service design planning tools and frameworks such as journey mappings and service blueprints. Group work will enable you to collaborate with a team of peers in developing touch-points, service design prototypes and proposals as well reflecting on how you can communicate such innovations to different audiences
C: Submission exam., (7-scale, internal exam) 2 Final Deliverables: A final group report describing the service innovation made by the group (max 30 pages incl everything) A short individual essay describing og critically discussing the case the students have worked with (Max 1500 words).
