The project will run from February 1 - May 21, 2008. Initially there will be weekly lectures, then independent work will become prominent. Students are expected to work both individually and in groups, with an evaluation carried out on the work done. We will kick-start the course Friday the 1st of February at 10 am in 4A20. We need next time Wednesday 27th of February, and then all Wednesdays in March EXCEPT the 19th. Teacher: Alessandro Canossa, Denmark School of Design - aca@dkds.dk. Lectures on Wednesdays is semi-tentative - teacher and students will coordinate when to meet for lectures, supervision, ect. ------------------------------------------------------------ How to sign up for the project cluster: You sign up for this project cluster as if for a normal course. Please note that enrolment in a project cluster is not considered a binding course registration (only relevant to M.Sc. students). The project cluster will not appear on your diploma but the project that you register in the projectbase will of course appear once you have passed the exam.
The final work for the project will consist of a written report and a visual prototype of the environment. According to the proficiency of the students with the tools recommended the visualization can be presented as a paper prototype, a 3D scene or a working level authored in the game editor. Student projects should be registered in the project base by February 15, 2008.
