12 sessions each of three hours. -------- Students will have to prepare for class by reading the IVK chapter as well as other cases to be discussed on that day Students are required are also required to present at least two templates from the DeMarco book (see below) and in class and provide an evaluation of the template. In the ten exercises, students will have to work in groups, and will have to develop a Harvard style teaching case based on a real situation in a company to be identified by the students themselves. In exceptional cases, the instructors might be able to help in identifying a suitable case. Student groups will have to develop 1) case description, 2) analysis of the key issues including relevant solutions (often referred to as teaching notes) plus 3) PowerPoint presentation of case and proposed solution. The case analysis will have to be handed in on 15th March (to be presented on 19th March in exercise session), and the case analysis will have to be handed in on 12th April (to be presented in on 19th April in exercise session).
