The course will be given in English. The course consists of 12 weeks of lectures, exercises/case work/group presentations, homework and project work. Business models of specific companies within the Game industry and the software industry will be discussed and compared for inspiration. Each group selects a business idea/opportunity to work with, which then evolves, is modified or replaced as the analysis progresses, and feasibility and potential is tested and explored. This business plan is handed in and presented at the exam with a recommendation on how to proceed with thebusiness opportunity and bring it to market, covering all the learning goals listed above. Each group presents their findings at the last lecture and receives feedback.
