The course consists of lectures, workshops, and independent group work. The lectures and workshops will take place in 2 weekends (Saturday + Sunday) in the fall. You are required to work in groups outside the scheduled lecture days and meet the course instructor. Lectures will provide you with the concepts and tools to understand the business environment and identify strategic innovation opportunities. Workshops will allow you to engage with different design planning tools and frameworks. Group work will enable you to collaborate with a team of peers in developing a strategic innovation plan as well reflecting on how you can communicate such innovations to different audiences.
C exam: Submission of essay and innovation plan.
