Læringsaktiviteter:

The learning activities of this course consist of lectures and group work.

The group work includes designing a questionnaire, conducting a questionnaire survey and analyzing data. As most user surveys are conducted in smaller groups in practice, the emphasis of teaching is placed on learning through group work.

After each lecture, the theory reviewed is translated into answering assignments in groups. The tasks consist of 3-4 part questions, which the groups regularly answer after the lectures and in approx. 3-5 weeks. Once all the questions (within one assignment) have been answered, there comes a new assignment.
